Terms and Conditions
An overview of the arrangements to confirm when working with Cedarbase.
About Cedarbase
Cedarbase provides reservation systems, booking platforms, websites and related digital services. The full contracting entity, business address, registration details and contact email will be added before these terms are finalized.
Project scope and agreements
The scope of work, deliverables, fees, timetable and responsibilities should be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins. These draft website terms do not replace an agreed contract.
Fees and ongoing services
The applicable quote or service agreement should specify payment dates, any recurring charges, booking-based fees, taxes and third-party costs. Renewal, cancellation and support arrangements should be stated in that agreement.
Content and intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of deliverables, customer-supplied material and third-party assets should be set out in the project agreement. Customers should have permission to provide the content and assets used in their project.
Integrations and customer data
Integrations depend on the capabilities and terms of the connected providers. Where a service processes personal data for a customer, the parties should confirm their respective responsibilities and any required data-processing agreement.
Final service terms
Warranties, liability, termination, applicable law and dispute arrangements remain to be agreed for the relevant service. These draft terms are provided for review and are not a finalized service contract.
